Paweł Nowakowski has over 11 years of experience in a property market. His specialty is market analysis and property valuation as well as preparation and running of the investment process. His interest lies particularly in the sector of retail and service facilities. During his career he has carried out valuations of retail, office and warehouse properties as well as investment plots and development projects with a value of close to PLN 1 billion. He prepared number of office, retail-service, and residential investments from administrative and technical side. In Masovia he is responsible for analysis and acquisition of new projects.
His activity in properties started in 2007 when he joined Ernst & Young (EY) in the Property Advisory Department where he spent over 4 years. He was involved in the preparation of property market data bases for the largest Polish banks and coordination of property valuation packages for key clients. In 2012 he joined Cushman & Wakefield as a valuer in the Property Valuation and Advisory department. In 2013-2014 he worked as a Project Director in the Investment Department of PKP SA (Polish Railways) in the Department of Development Projects where he was responsible for preparing areas in Łódź, Kraków, and Gdynia to commercial investments.
Paweł is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Management and Marketing with a specialisation in Property Management, and a post-graduate in property management and valuation. He is a licensed property valuer (license no. 6501).
