Monika Jędrzejczak has over 18 years of experience in commercialisation of retail and service space in Poland. During her career, Monika has conducted lease agreements and worked as a consultant on the development of concepts for retail projects representing over 400,000 sq.m.
In Masovia Monika is responsible for preparation of commercial concepts and commercialisation strategies, as well as assessment of the potential of locations and market rents (ERV) for retail-entertainment facilities.
In 1997 Monika joined Cushman & Wakefield (then Healey & Baker Polska) as a trainee. At C&W she advised such clients as: Inter IKEA (Matarnia Retail Park), JWK Investment (Alfa shopping centres in Gdańsk and Olsztyn) and Carrefour (Czyżyny and Bielawy shopping centres). Between 2007-2009 Monika worked for Charles Voegele Switzerland and Takko Holding and she contributed to opening of their 25 stores in Poland. In 2009 – 2012 in cooperation with Citrus Sp. z o.o. Monika advised on re-commercialisation / restructuring of lease agreements in Ferio Legnica (incl. lease of 13,000 sq.m to Tesco Polska) and Ferio Gaj Wrocław.
On top of that, Monika advised on development of a commercial concept for an expansion of Gala Lublin centre and on preparation of a commercial concept and commercialisation strategy for BBI Development in Warsaw Vodka Factory “Koneser” project. She was also involved in development and expansion strategy of “Friends – Taste Your Time” locations in Warsaw. Monika has an extensive knowledge of Warsaw retail streets, footfall, and places of a shopping critical mass and their rental potential.
Monika is a graduate at Fontys Hogescholen in Eindhoven (The Netherlands) where she studied Law, Management and Economics, with Properties as her major course of study. She graduated with a BSc (Bachelor of Science).
