Katarzyna Cetnarska has over 20 years of experience in consultancy, working for both consulting companies and owners of commercial properties. Thanks to her broad knowledge of the market and commercial property entities, especially retail ones, in Masovia Katarzyna is responsible for strategy creating and commercialisation of retail and office projects.
In her career Katarzyna worked for 11 years for following consulting agencies: Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, and Colliers International. She also cooperated with ING Real Estate Development and Apsys Polska on behalf of commercial property owners. While working as a Leasing Manager for ING Real Estate Development she took part in preparing of Złote Tarasy retail-office complex for sale. Katarzyna was responsible for preparing of facility commercialisation strategies (tenant mix, ERV) and issues related with lease of retail and office space in projects throughout Poland, such as: Złote Tarasy (GLA 63,500 sq.m), Galeria Mokotów (stages 1 and 2; GLA 63,000 sq.m), Stary Browar (GLA 130,000 sq.m), Tesco Warszawa (GLA 25,000 sq.m), Tesco Kraków (GLA 30,000 sq.m), Tesco Jelenia Góra (GLA 12,000 sq.m), Tesco Gliwice (GLA 12,000 sq.m), Tesco Tychy (GLA 12,000 sq.m), Tesco Bydgoszcz (GLA 40,000 sq.m), Klif Warszawa (GLA 18,500 sq.m), Klif Gdynia (GLA 30,000 sq.m), Gemini Park Tychy (GLA 36,000 sq.m), Galeria Zielona in Puławy (GLA 15,000 sq.m), Skylight office building in Warsaw (GLA 21,000 sq.m), and Lumen (GLA 23,000 sq.m).
In 2006 Katarzyna was granted a property agency license no. 5521. She is also a graduate of Warsaw University Geology Faculty and a postgraduate in property valuation and transactions at Warsaw University of Technology.
