Beata Sójka-Celińska has been involved in the commercial property market for over 9 years. She has experience in working in various segments of that market, with biggest successes in the office and warehouse market where she participated in transactions with a total volume of approximately EUR 470 million. In Masovia she is responsible for transaction processes, obtaining of financing and relations with Investors.

Beata gained her first professional experience through student internships and training (Pekao SA, Euro Bank, DTZ, Cushman & Wakefield, Fundusz Rynku Nieruchomości, ARKA BZ WBK FIZ). In 2007 she took her first job in Polska Agencja Prasowa (Polish Press Agency) as an economic journalist.  After graduation in 2010 she started working as Marketing Executive at Cushman & Wakefield. A year later she transferred to the Capital Market department where she coordinated due diligence processes, was responsible for developing sales/acquisition strategies, Red Flag recommendation and property marketing. In 2015 Beata joined the team of Pro-Value consulting agency where she specialised in commercial space lease. She was also responsible for contacting financial institutions in the process of financing commercial projects. Beata is experienced in working with international funds, Polish companies as well as demanding private Investors. She cooperated at projects conducted for REEFF, Deka, Orco Group, Skanska, PKP, PHN, and others.

Beata graduated from Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking and an educational path in properties. She was granted a foreign scholarship at the University of Latvia in Riga. She is also a postgraduate in property valuation and agency at the University of Warsaw; additionally, she has completed a series of CCIM courses. In 2008 Beata was a laureate of the national „Grasz o staż” competition
