Experience

Masovia team was engaged in a number of transactions related with Polish commercial properties market. We are experienced in investment consultancy on both commercial properties and capital market, commercialisation and re-commercialisation of office and service spaces on behalf of both landlords and tenants, services related with property and facility management, creating of lease strategies, analysis of investment profitability, due diligence, market analysis and property valuation.

During our work for companies such as Cushman & Wakefield or Ernst & Young, we carried out projects for Polish companies PKP, PHN, PLL LOT, Wolf Immobilien Polen, international companies such as Skanska, Inter IKEA, Carrefour, BBI Development or funds as DEKA, REEFF, Union Investment.

We have started realisation of the development project in Warsaw Białołęka: www.osiedleprzedwiosnie.pl. „Przedwiośnie” housing estate is seven low buildings with over 180 flats and a perfectly planned communal area. Almost half of the estate is assigned for green areas. We create a place of coherent look, its own identity, with access to key services and communication.
