In an investment process, we act as an active partner managing the entire process of preparation of transaction and obtaining capital from Investors and banks. We bring the know-how while the main capital support is ensured by external partners, from one to a few entities per single transaction. For Investors we work out the profit paid quarterly. Other means coming from increased value of the project are paid to our partners at the investment exit. The structure of each project assumes payment for Investors before Masovia‘s remuneration.
We work mainly on assets offering long-term investment horizon and stable income at the very beginning of cooperation. We are interested in office, retail-service and logistic-production properties worth from a few to several million euros. We are also interested in plots with a residential potential.
The profit is obtained thanks to appropriate selection of properties, skills to run negotiations with sellers and creating feasible strategies for using potential of each obtained property. Rigorous acquisition procedures allow to avoid unwanted risk and ensure the safety of capital location.
